From wikipedia...Although the city lost to redevelopment the 1868 Greek Revival Portland Post Office by Isaiah Rogers, it retains the equally monumental 1873 Italianate PortlandSuch a fine building. Great that you have both and old view and a present day view. These make for interesting entries. {Even though Eric wants only 1 photo a day, I like to have more than one, at times...} :-)
ReplyDeleteYes, I love old architecture. That was the reason I began my city photo blog... to capture photos of the old buildings of my city, in a Net place.
I don't always just show old buildings, but... they are my main focus.
