Looking towards Commercial St., from high above. Parking garages provide some excellent views of the urban environment, and are much easier to gain access to than most private structures!
The lovely old building on the left is actually the Customs House. It is still used by the US Customs department. Portland City Hall is made of the same material though, I will get a shoot of it soon.

I have my favorite public garages in Quincy too ;) This is an interesting perspective of Portland. Is that Portland City Hall on the left?
