Another wintery day, looking down Marginal Way with the Intermed Building and Bayside Village rising. I don't know much about construciton, but it seems like a challenge building in the elements.
Nice shot......It is scenes like this that keep me here in Ohio! But I love Maine, Portland is a wonderful place. I'll be wanting to move there once you spring comes around.
Good question, I think it's going to be about 8 Stories total. There is a 3 floor parking garage at the base. Here's a thread about the project on archboston...
