John - Yep, there is quite a bit of underutilized land in this part of Bayside. I cut through here on foot on the way to and from Trader Joe's pretty often. The development is slowly creeping towards this part of town. Bayside Bowl and the Portland Flea for All, for example, are just a couple blocks away.
