What time is it?

I'm quite sure there used to be a clock here pretty recently. The other side is covered up as well. Maybe the timepiece is in the shop or something?

    I saw them putting these 'stickers' on.. the clock was still underneath at the time of application. Seems a little silly unless there is some sort of repair or restoration afoot.
