The semi-resurrection of the portal has got me looking at more colleagues' blogs. I didn't know we has someone in Portland again. I knew Birdman and spent some time with him. He was a private person and I may have been the only member who photographed him. I like Portland and stopped there a few times to and from the Maine Media Workshops in Rockport, where I got my photography training.
Since I'm the new admin on this project, I am encouraging members to copy their daily posts onto the group FB page, https://www.facebook.com/groups/citydailyphoto/ . You have to ask for membership but I'll approve you right away.
