Looking into the Past: Elm & Congress

The old photo comes via the Portland Maine History 1786 to Present Facebook group. First Snow

Portland is receiving its first shipment of snow this morning. We are only getting somewhere between a dusting and two inches and it is expected to change over to a rain/wintry mix later this morning so I had to get a couple photos of the snow from my apartment before it disappears.
