Looking at a small portion of the South Portland waterfront which faces Portland. I wonder how hard it is to move oil tank operations and the tanks themselves? There are a lot of tanks in the formerly industrial area of Spring Point and if they weren't there we would have some very valuable waterfront property with great views of Portland.

Looking at a small portion of the South Portland waterfront which faces Portland. I wonder how hard it is to move oil tank operations and the tanks themselves?
