Wonderful Wintertime

Some alternate angles and post-processing of a photo I shared a few days ago. Which one(s) do you prefer?

I'm kind of partial to black and white photos of snow, so I think I like the last one most.  I am all over the place with my approach to taking and editing photos (as you already know) and I enjoy the challenge of capturing each scene in as many ways as possible.

  1. I haven't found a photo that you have done yet that I don't like. You capture Portland, Maine, very well. Keep up the good work!I really look forward to all your posts. Thanks Corey

  2. Both are great. I too am partial to the black and white. To me it fits the moment and snow and winter lend themselves to black and white. Dropping the color makes a statement. For years and years, there was only black and white and then color came it and it fills a nitch -No right or wrong for sure. Two workable sides of the beautiful snow shot you took.

  3. I like both, but prefer the color image. Look how rich those brick tones are against the snow... Wow!
