Yesterday was the 37th annual Old Port Festival. It almost rained but ended up staying dry, which is always nice. I wasn't there for photographs so I just got two snapshots, as seen below.
I believe this was a demonstration showing the positive effects of mass transit and was located where a light-rail station is planned.
